Peperomia humulis

Information

This is a beautiful addition to any collection, growing taller than many other Peperomia varieties.

The change in foliage is quite striking—the young leaves look so different from the older, established leaves, you'd be forgiven for thinking they came off a completely separate plant!   The stems provide a nice contrast, often displaying a lovely reddish colour.   It produces those signature, slender Peperomia flower spikes, which are often described as 'whispery' as they wave gently in the slightest air movement, adding a delicate touch to the plant.

The world of Peperomia is incredibly diverse, offering a huge range of varieties suitable for nearly any indoor spot.

You'll find everything from tiny, compact plants like the 'Pixie' to the more substantial and chunky obtusifolia types.   

Their growth habits vary too: some are creeping and will trail over the edge of a pot, while others maintain a nice, uniform shape, making them perfect for desks and shelves.
