Philodendron camposportoanum

Information

The young leaves in the Philodendron Camposportoanum are tiny, dark, and velvety.   As it grows the leaves change into heart-shaped ones.  At any given time, this plant could have 2-3 different-looking leaves.   The leaves are much smaller than most other philodendron varieties.  

With adequate, bright, indirect light the foliage gains a pink tinge as it matures. 

Philodendron camposportoanum are considered fast-growing.  

Being tropical plants, they love humidity and regular watering.    Water well and let the water drain right through the pot.
