Delosperma echinatum - Pickle Plant

A small cute plant, with bright green, Gerkin-shaped leaves, complete with a raised texture.

The flowers are small creamy yellow daisy-like flowers.

Stressing this plant, withholding watering etc, will give the plant a red appearance. But really this plant needs more water than you think, or else it gets woody and very sad looking. Best to continually start new plants, until you get them growing just right.
